VTX
Analog VTX (video transmitters) are the proven standard of FPV flying, with minimal latency and reliable range. Output power from 25 to 600 mW covers every need, from the race track to the open field. Add FPV goggles or an FPV monitor and an FPV camera.
How to choose a VTX?
Output power (mW)
- 25 mW: indoor racing, minimal interference with other pilots
- 200 mW: outdoor flying, the standard for freestyle and Cinewhoop
- 600 mW+: long range and flights in terrain with obstacles
Mounting format
- 20×20 mm: the standard format for 3 to 5 inch drones
- 25.5×25.5 mm: for larger frames and higher output
- Integrated in an AIO FC: for Tinywhoop and micro drones
Band and channel
The standard FPV band is 5.8 GHz. Set your band and channel so you do not interfere with other pilots at the field. See the full range of video transmitters and HD Video Kits.
