    Batteries for DJI Matrice, an overview

    The right battery depends on your drone model. Matrice 30T uses TB30 batteries, while Matrice 350 RTK runs on the more powerful TB65. Both types are compatible with DJI fast-charging infrastructure.

    TB30, for DJI Matrice 30T

    Capacity of 5880 mAh, voltage of 22.8 V, resistance to impact and moisture. The battery charges from 0 to 90 % in roughly 25 minutes on the BS30 charging station. For operation without waiting we recommend at least 3 batteries per drone.

    TB65, for DJI Matrice 350 RTK

    Matrice 350 RTK runs two batteries at once for up to 55 minutes of flight (without payload). The intelligent battery management system automatically switches to the backup battery when the capacity of one of the cells drops.

    Proper care of industrial batteries

    • Store at 10 to 30 °C and 40 to 65 % charge
    • Do not discharge below 10 %, it significantly shortens cell life
    • Update the battery firmware regularly via DJI Pilot 2
    • Consider replacement once capacity drops below 80 %
