bought a Radiomaster ax12, and it stopped working after just a minute when I was testing the simulator. Had to exchange it for a Radiomaster TS16 max and pay the difference. Recommend that people buy from them. Good service despite my frustration

After making a purchase the delivery company messed up. I received a quick response and follow up on asking for information on the delivery. Jakub was fantastic, following up with the courier company. When he was unable to get a quick response, he sent out another product with a different courier company. Great service.
