ESC
ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) controls the speed and direction of rotation of the motors, a key component of every FPV drone. We offer 4-in-1 ESC in the popular 20×20, 25.5×25.5 and 30×30 mm formats with BLHeli_32 or AM32 firmware. For a complete setup we recommend buying the ESC together with a flight controller or choosing a complete stack.

ESC for FPV drones, how to choose?
An ESC is an electronic speed controller that converts the flight controller signal into precise motor control. FPV drones most often use 4-in-1 ESC: one board drives all four motors.
Key ESC parameters
- Maximum current (A): must match the motor draw; e.g. 35A for 5″ freestyle, 20A for a 3″ Cinewhoop
- Voltage range (S): 2S to 6S depending on the drone category
- Board format: 20×20 mm for micro drones, 30×30 mm for 5″ and larger
- Firmware: BLHeli_32 for advanced tuning, AM32 as an open-source alternative
Recommended combinations
- Freestyle 5″: 4-in-1 ESC 35 to 45A, 3 to 6S
- Cinewhoop 3″: 4-in-1 ESC 20 to 30A, 3 to 4S
- Racing: 4-in-1 ESC 30 to 40A with a focus on low latency
