Declaration of Non-Supply of Goods to Russia and Belarus

Intended for: Eshopex s.r.o. (www.HobbyDrone.cz)

By placing the order, the Buyer declares that the purchased goods will not be directly or indirectly sold, distributed, exported, re-exported, or otherwise supplied to Russia, Belarus, or to any person, entity, or region subject to international trade sanctions related to these countries. The Buyer also undertakes not to engage in any activities that would circumvent these sanctions and restrictions.

The Buyer confirms that they act in full compliance with all applicable EU export control and trade sanctions regulations, in particular (but not limited to) Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006, and Czech Act No. 69/2006 Coll., on the Implementation of International Sanctions, as amended.

The Buyer acknowledges that any violation of this declaration may result in the immediate cancellation of the order, refusal of future orders, and reporting to the competent authorities (in particular the Financial Analytical Office – FAO). The Buyer agrees that in the event of a breach of this declaration, they will fully indemnify Eshopex s.r.o. and cover all damages, fines, penalties, or legal representation costs incurred by Eshopex s.r.o. as a result of such breach.

This declaration is accepted electronically at the time the order is submitted and does not require a physical signature or stamp.
