I couldn’t be happier with my purchase from HoobyDrone.cz! The selection of drones and FPV gear is top-notch, and everything on the website is clearly described, with real stock availability. The delivery was lightning fast, and the packaging was super secure.
Customer service was also incredible — very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped me pick the right parts for my setup and even gave a few extra tips for better performance.

Almost 2 months ago i ordered a bunch of stuff that was sent to me trough a company named HRP.
They made a false delivery less than 2 weeks later.
I tried many times to reach the carrier but they do not answer especially to me, cause the only one they have to answer by law is their client, meaning the shop, not me.
Same day i informed Hobby Drone about the problem, and they answered i had to wait for them to contact and get answers from the carrier.
After ONE MONTH of waiting they show me a document with a very false signature, and say to me they are not responsible for the carrier "error".
Looks like they think it's MY responsibility, even after i gave them a copy of my ID card with my real signature on it, even if they could ask for a refund to the carrier (maybe they did, who knows?) and i cannot.
I have been robbed, that is plain simple, they kept my money, i got nothing in return.
End of the story.
