I chose your service because friends had highly recommended it, and I was looking forward to a smooth experience. Unfortunately, my own order did not go as well as expected. On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, I placed an order through your website. While registering for an account and attempting to pay by card, the page unexpectedly refreshed at the payment step. Afterwards, I could see my order in my account, but there was no option to retry the card payment. Instead, I received an email instructing me to pay via bank transfer. I followed the instructions and completed the bank transfer, confirmed by my banking app. However, your website never acknowledged the payment. When I contacted support about it, they initially told me to wait a few days—even though I had provided proof of the transaction. On Friday, March 15, I reached out again, and only then did support check their bank records and discover my payment had not been matched to my order due to a system error. My order shipped on Monday, March 17, yet it is still not delivered. I’m left feeling frustrated because, had my payment been verified sooner, I might have received my order without such a long delay—over a week in total. While I believe your service can be good, based on the positive recommendations I heard, my particular experience was disappointing. I hope you can improve your payment and order confirmation processes, so other customers enjoy a smoother and faster experience.

Asked for a recommendation for Mobula7 batteries and they sold me BetaFPV lava batteries with the bt2.0 connector, they said that they are gonna check that the batteries are compatible with the drone before sending and provide me with pictures. They did not check the compatibility and the batteries do not fit the drone since the drone has ph2.0 connector and the drone bt2.0. They promised to make up for their mistake by sending me adapters to fix this issue but haven't heard from then since and haven't gotten the adapters, they don't reply to emails anymore. Would avoid this shop, no real customer support.

Ich habe sechs 1s Lipos für meine kleine freestyle Drohne bestellt. Die Artikel sind schnell geliefert worden, alles verlief ohne Probleme. Sie wurden auch schön in Lagerungsspannung geliefert, sehr toll! Oft ist das bei bestellten Lipos nicht der Fall und sie sind entweder überladen oder entladen. Hier war alles perfekt, vielen Dank .
