FPV Thermal Camera Pilotix T640

The Pilotix T640 is a compact FPV thermal imaging module featuring a 640 × 512 resolution uncooled IRFPA sensor with VO technology. This thermal camera core is designed for integration into FPV systems and offers a sensitivity of 40 and a 12 µm pixel size. The T640 provides a 45.8° horizontal and 37.3° vertical field of view through its 9.1 mm focal length lens with an f/1.0 iris. The sensor supports both white hot and black hot polarity modes and utilizes shutter correction for non-uniformity correction, with a thermal time constant of 12 ms. Video output is available in analog CVBS format as well as digital via MIPI and USB interfaces. The module operates on 5 V input with a power consumption of 260 mA. With compact dimensions of 21 × 21 × 31.5 mm and a weight of 22 g, it is suitable for weight-sensitive applications. Operating temperature ranges from -20 to 40 °C with humidity tolerance of 20-95% RH non-condensing. Storage temperature is rated from -30 to 50 °C. The product includes a 2-year warranty.
