After making a purchase the delivery company messed up. I received a quick response and follow up on asking for information on the delivery. Jakub was fantastic, following up with the courier company. When he was unable to get a quick response, he sent out another product with a different courier company. Great service.

Mein Paket mit der Sendungsnummer 90451409753 ist selbst jetzt nach fast 2 Wochen immer noch nicht angekommen, obwohl dort Stande "Lieferzeit 1-2 Werktage" auf Deutschland.

Schnelle Lieferung, Ware in Ordnung. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und werde wieder dort bestellen.
