Dear customer, We are sorry that the drone arrived with a damaged rotor. Unfortunately, an individual defect can occasionally occur, as manufacturers are not able to test every single unit under all conditions. Please contact our warranty department with your order number and photos of the damage so the case can be handled properly. Team HobbyDrone
